The Industrial Engineering intern is responsible for delivering Industrialization activities to ensure production readiness. Perform continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Safety targets.
Perform time studies for the workshops in order to define standard method/cycle times.
Perform Line balancing.
MBOM/ PBOM creation and validation.
Develop work instructions, facility layouts and process flows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform safety risk assessments.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Minimum of completed S4 subjects /National Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering would be advantageous.
Strong knowledge in work-study, operations management, facilities and material handling.
Professional and well groomed.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools and advance Excel.
High analytical with excellent communication.
Active team player, achievement & deadline orientation and process driven.
Innovative ideas.
Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
