    Industrial Engineering Intern - Potchefstroom

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • The Industrial Engineering intern is responsible for delivering Industrialization activities to ensure production readiness. Perform continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Safety targets.  
    • Perform time studies for the workshops in order to define standard method/cycle times.
    • Perform Line balancing.
    • MBOM/ PBOM creation and validation.
    • Develop work instructions, facility layouts and process flows.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Perform safety risk assessments.

    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

    Procurement Intern - Wellington

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Responsible for the Procurement Process, price evaluations, cost analysis, negotiations and final procurement selection of suppliers
    • Negotiate and enter into multiyear cost effective contracts with major supplier in conjunction with Senior Buyer;
    • Develop good relationships with suppliers, gain knowledge of products, sources, prices, design of technical commodities and services;

    SHE INTERN - Boksburg

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • The SHE intern will assist and support the SHE department in all areas of concerns as directed by the SHE Manager.
    • Shadows a mentor on tasks to be able to provide support to the SHE department.
    • Assist the mentor with compiling HIRA’s and Aspect Impact for their respective areas.

    Project Planner - Potchefstroom

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Develop and maintain the project master schedule
    • Breakdown structure, contracted scope, delivery dates and financial baseline. If multiple sub projects exist, coordinate, control and integrate the interfaces creating logical links and maintaining updates.
    • Assess progress and analyze the impact of forecast changes to identify threats at the earliest opportunity.
    • Perform critical path and 'what if; analysis, including the development of Work-around plans.
    • Control the project baseline (schedule).
    • Ensuring alignment to the risk register.
    • Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.

    Internal Communication Officer - Somerset West

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Assist in developing and implementing internal communication plans and strategies to engage employees effectively and promote a positive organizational culture.
