Breakdown structure, contracted scope, delivery dates and financial baseline. If multiple sub projects exist, coordinate, control and integrate the interfaces creating logical links and maintaining updates.
Assess progress and analyze the impact of forecast changes to identify threats at the earliest opportunity.
Perform critical path and 'what if; analysis, including the development of Work-around plans.
Control the project baseline (schedule).
Ensuring alignment to the risk register.
Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and Project milestones.
Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key layers and team members.
Ensure to convey required project data and information to Project Manager.
Evaluate and analyze with team risks and issues plans to mitigate them.
Compile detailed-level schedules, forecasts with support from the project team.
Prepare and present regular internal reports for management.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
BTech/ Project Management/Technical qualification or
RDM Product and plant experience will be an advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management functions, ability in project administration and coordination.
MS Projects or similar project schedule package
Experience in project management tools will be an added
