THE DETAIL 

• We are looking for someone with a passion for Technology and an overall understanding of IT environments. 

An Ignition Group IT Generalist will be required to:  

General support 

• Create and continuously update SOP's. 
• Research and keep abreast of latest relevant software systems. 
• Project Manage rollout system enhancements and new system implementation. 
• Keep abreast of IT Governance and adherence within the Business unit. 

Administration 

• Manage and report on all IT related costs such as software and vendor invoices. 
• Manage and onboard new partners – integrate where possible with their systems, understanding their platforms and ensuring security protocols are in place. 
• Liaise with technical business stakeholders. 
• Identify areas of improvement within RPA solutions. 
   

General 

• Self-starter. Must be able to manage projects independently. 
• Time Management. Understands deadlines and importance of delivery on or ahead of projected time. 
   

ARE YOU THIS PERSON?  

If you have a three-year qualification in IT, or a related field, in addition to: 

• A minimum of two years in SQL support-based experience. 
• Experience in C# or Python development. 
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint and RPA implementation (advantageous).
