Information Technology Manager: Information Security
Provide line management and mentorship of a team of Information Security Network Engineers.
Plan, prioritize, and manage operational delivery to support our Information Security strategies
Define the commercial impact and benefits of Information Security projects or products
Define business and technical specifications for Information Security solutions
Create project decomposition and work breakdown structures for projects allocated to global IT delivery teams
Maintain the team's work backlog
Identify and communicate any risks, constraints, or concerns that could influence the quality of the delivery and the requested timeframes
Analyze and determine the severity and commercial impact of Information Security services problems on clients and identify the most appropriate solution with regular feedback to all parties involved
Manage Information Security incident resolution, change, and deployment processes for global teams according to company standards and customer requirements
Manage escalated, high severity incidents
Provide insights on Information Security related product availability and recommend initiatives to improve commercial impact
Plan and manage team capacity to enable "follow the sun" service delivery
Ensure the team is fully staffed and equipped with the resources and skillset required for team effectiveness
Develop and manage team members in line with technical requirements and organizational culture and objectives
Manage the end-to-end Information Security product lifecycle
Identify and resolve Information Security services process bottlenecks, quality, and compliance issues
Analyze service delivery and product measurements to identify automation and other improvements
Implement actions to mitigate the occurrence or impact of risk
Ensure team adoption and continuous review of Information Security policies and practices to ensure effective and compliant delivery
Manage operational and service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders
Manage customer and service provider expectations and align practices accordingly
Drive stakeholder adoption of any changes that may affect Information Security service/product delivery
Knowledge Skills and Attributes:
A Deep technical understanding of Network Security technologies, architecture, practices and needs to understand and drive technical delivery within the team.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills
Experience with securing Cloud and container environments will be advantageous.

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Information Security operations and management
Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage complex projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for Information Security and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
