Information Technology Operations Manager at CloudStream Global

A hands on, experienced IT Operations Team Lead is needed to lead a Technical Team within Financial Services, and also get involved in mapping out IT Infrastructure Strategy at a Group level. With ambitious transformation plans, they will be embarking on a Cloud journey soon. Experience in a high pressured, Financial Services environment is a prerequisite in this role.

Requirements:

• Experience leading IT Operations teams using ITIL and Cobit
• In-depth knowledge of running ITSM delivery
• Experience in a Financial Services environment understanding of Microsoft licencing
• Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments
• Knowledge of information and cyber security Management
• Vendor management and negotiation
• Firewall and network technology
• VEEAM management
• 3 PAR storage environments
