The Role:
Smollan has an exciting career opportunity for a IT Service Desk Manager to ensure organisation effectiveness through the management of the organisation’s technical resources and infrastructure (hardware and software)
Minimum Qualifications: National Diploma / Degree (IS/IT/Informatics/Computer Science) A+, N+, MCSD, CNE, CAN
Minimum Experience: 6-8 years technical support experience within a Microsoft and Novell environment 3 years management experience within a technical helpdesk department
