Ensure delivery of game changing consumer and shopper insights that provide a competitive edge and drive innovation. Identify category, customer and geographical insights across different business units to drive growth.
Manage & develope a team to deliver world-class insights solutions and projects. Define and execute the Research strategy. Pro-actively identifying gaps in the market and informing the Brand by providing insights and recommendations for strategic projects to ensure growth in the market.
