    Qualification(s)

    • Relevant Degree

    Experience and Skills

    • Knowledge of IWS work processes and tools
    • Tip: Start with Ldr / Org / AM / WPI / FI pillars
    • Benchmarking with other IWS Managers
    • Know the Business Needs of the organization you are in and help shape the CBN
    • Master Planning – Link all to CBN, ZLJ, VSM
    • Knowledge and lead the IWS phase and pillar assessments
