• Contribute to cash optimization and ensure proper execution of payment terms.

• Managing the credit granting process, TTM process including the consistent application of a credit policy, approval and processing of credit notes.
• Management oversight of Nutricia and DSA AR book.
• Champion the consolidation of Audit process from request to submission.

About you

Qualification(s)

• Accounting Degree or (studying towards) or Accounting Diploma
• Credit Management 5
• Data Analysis certificate (advantageous)

Experience and Skills

• 5 Years’ management experience in FMCG
• Experience with Electronic data interchange, automation/digitilization projects
• A working knowledge of credit-related law
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Assertive and firm when necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-developed problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Attention to detail

About the job

• The Organisational Design & Culture Manager drives all HR transformation initiatives across South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana & Francos with a flexible work location - based in either South Africa, Nigeria or Ghana.
• The role is responsible for crafting a Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance whiles reviewing country organisation models in line with business strategy, process/tools, systems, capabilities and internal benchmarks.

• Completed HR Related Degree
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
