The Organisational Design & Culture Manager drives all HR transformation initiatives across South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana & Francos with a flexible work location - based in either South Africa, Nigeria or Ghana.
The role is responsible for crafting a Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance whiles reviewing country organisation models in line with business strategy, process/tools, systems, capabilities and internal benchmarks.
About you
Completed HR Related Degree
10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
Lead with right values i.e. Humanism, Openness, Proximity and Enthusiasm
