Roles and Responsibilities

Planning Support

• Assisting with the preparation and updating of spot plans on Transmit.
• Assisting with tracking CPP/ROS deals and updating planning schedules.
• Supporting the team with compiling planning and inventory reports.
• Assisting with the analysis of audience ratings and programme performance.
• Assisting with post-campaign reporting and feedback preparation for clients.
• Providing administrative support to the Marketing Intelligence and Planning teams.

Marketing & Industry Exposure 

• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals relevant to client advertising objectives.
• Conducting basic market and competitor research.

Administration

• Maintaining accurate records and filing of planning documentation 
• Ensuring all reports and trackers are updated timeously

Requirements

Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) – Essential
• Diploma in Media Studies / similar (NQF Level 6) – Essential
