Our client, a leading company in the fastening solutions industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will work from the office, handling telephone sales and providing exceptional customer support. A proven track record in the fastening solutions industry, coupled with strong sales skills and a deep understanding of the market, is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fastening solutions market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the external team to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (advantageous)
• Min of 2 years experience in sales with a proven track record
