    International Customer Service Agent

    Vacancy Details

    • Provide quotations as requested from clients
    • Obtain cost price for all international shipments and request mark up on quotations
    • Confirm that all freight is out for delivery
    • Resolve queries and discrepancies on misroutes, non-receipts and any other issues that will influence in deliveries
    • Monitor all allocated shipments for clients and confirm receipt at delivery branches
    • Ensure all billing is done according to quotations provided and service deliveries

    Candidate Requirements

    • Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
    • MS Office experience
    • A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ customer services experience
    • A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ courier experience
