    Internet Sales Advisor

    Job Description

    Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including but not limited to:

    • Minimum monthly premium written
    • Average premium value
    • Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
    • Facility quality target
    • Cancellation ratio

    Qualifications

    • Matric Relevant tertiary
    • Call centre qualification will be beneficial
    • Applicants with successfully completed FAIS Regulatory Exam and a minimum of 30 FAIS Credits will be given preference

    Experience

    • Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales. Experience in short term insurance industry is preferred.
