Job Description

Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including but not limited to:
- Minimum monthly premium written
- Average premium value
- Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Facility quality target
- Cancellation ratio
Qualifications
- Matric Relevant tertiary
- Call centre qualification will be beneficial
- Applicants with successfully completed FAIS Regulatory Exam and a minimum of 30 FAIS Credits will be given preference
Experience
- Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales. Experience in short term insurance industry is preferred.
