OUTPUTS /RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Manager: CEO and PA with ad hoc activities/tasks related to the successful implementation of the mandate of the CEO’s office.  
• Assist in managing daily administrative tasks
• Performs administrative duties required
• Document management of the division  
• Assist in report writing  
• Assist in coordination of workshops, meetings, and information sessions  
• Minutes taking during meetings  
• Assist with all queries in the office of the CEO 
• Management of the operations, governance and strategic partnerships (project management and/or coordination) and stakeholder management
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the CEO’s office
• Perform any reasonable task as and when required.
• Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
• Assist with traveling logistics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and;
• Degree or Honours or Masters in Business Administration or Public Administration

Experience

• No experience required.
