An undergraduate qualification in Labour Relations/ Human Resource Management/ LLB at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience. Must never be participated in any internship programme (for both public and private sector). Knowledge: Public Financial Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR) Public Service Act (PSA). Labour Relations Act (LRA). Employment Equity Act (EEA). PSCBC and CCMA Procedure. Skills: Negotiation, Problem solving, Presentation, Planning and Organizing, Communication, Computer literacy, Report writing.
DUTIES :
Provide support in handling all Labour relations cases in the Fund (i.e grievance, misconduct and Labour disputes). Provide support in the implementation of Labour Relations Act. Policies, guidelines, procedures and provide advice thereof. Support in representing the department in conciliations, arbitration and bargaining chambers (under supervision).
