Bcom in Human Resources Management/Development. 

Duties 

• Assisting in writing and posting job descriptions
• Screening resumes and applications.
• Conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitating job offers and background checks.
• Assisting in analysing and updating salary structures
• Conducting market research on compensation and benefits
• Updating employee records with accurate salary information
• Assisting in creating and managing benefits programs
• Supporting the HR team in handling employee complaints and grievances
• Assisting in implementing employee engagement initiatives
• Updating HR policies and procedures and communicating changes to employees
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture
• Coordinating and scheduling training programs
• Assisting in developing training materials and presentations
