An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration/ Public Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management / Development Studies/ Project Management/ Social Science/Risk Management/ Auditing/ Accounting/ Legal at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme (for both public and private sector).
Knowledge: Batho Pele Principles. Departmental and Fund’s Policies and Procedures. Skills Development Act (SDA). Public Financial Management Act (PFMA). Knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance and Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act. Project Knowledge.
Skills: Numeric and analytical skills, Report writing. Presentation skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Communication (Verbal and written), Computer Literacy.
DUTIES :
Receive training on the facilitation training/ skills programmes approved by the Fund. Assist in the administration of project progress against approved deliverables. Participate in the awareness campaigns of the programme and its outcomes through publicity and media strategies in co-operation with Communication section. Provide assistance with general administrative duties.
