Provide essential administrative support for learnerships and manage data related to all training activities.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of various projects and events, including maintaining updated project plans, arranging meetings, and ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet project timelines.
Prepare engaging training materials and manage the necessary resources while collaborating with other departments to kick off training initiatives.
Accurately capture and maintain data for every training session in accordance with SETA reporting requirements.
Support administrative tasks in the Learning & Development space, helping to foster an environment of growth and learning.
Minimum Requirements:
A 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours in Human Resources Management or related field from a recognized public tertiary institution.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
Computer literate with fluency in English.
Must reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
Must not have previously completed an internship (SETA/Government).
