• Maintain accurate electronic and transactional records of all incoming and outgoing inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering to ensure optimal stock levels
• Analyse inventory data to identify trends, track usage patterns, and recommend process improvements
• Manage supplier communication and administrative tasks
• Provide data and reports to support inventory management and decision-making

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate
• Qualification in supply chain management, inventory control, or bookkeeping will be beneficial
• At least 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Clerk, Purchasing Clerk, or Inventory Clerk role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
