We are looking for a strategic Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to drive the top-of-funnel strategy for our most critical hires in the Africa region and beyond. You will move beyond simple "hunting" to become a market expert, providing data-driven insights, mapping competitor talent pools, and engaging passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles.
What you'll be doing
Designing Sourcing Strategy: You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, utilizing Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platforms
Building Healthy Pipelines: You will build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire.
Partnering with Stakeholders: You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly data on market feasibility and talent availability.
Engaging Candidates: You will craft high-touch, personalized outreach campaigns (email/InMail) that achieve high response rates from passive talent.
Gathering Market Intelligence: You will act as the "eyes and ears" of the market; gathering intelligence on competitor layoffs, salary trends, and shifting candidate motivations to share with the wider TA team.
What you'll bring
2-4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (Agency or In-house), with a proven track record in Africa and other global markets.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse)
Fluent English is mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management skills; you have the ability to push back and consult rather than just take orders.
