Invictus Capital is seeking to recruit the finest students with an Honours or Masters degree in:  

 Finance / Investments / Mathematics / Actuarial Sciences / Statistics / Physics or Engineering  

The graduate programme offers an intensive 12-week training programme which includes regular mentorship oversight, career development guidance and the ability to work with industry experts. 

There is an opportunity for successfully selected Graduates who have shown an aptitude for the assigned role, to secure permanent employment from September 2021. Possible roles include, “Junior Trader”, “Associate Research Analyst” or “Junior Data Analyst”

 The graduate programme includes:

• Hands on execution of spot and derivatives trading strategies
• Access to bespoke crypto market knowledge
• A first principles approach to creating and managing a trading risk framework
• Creating pricing models for instruments such as forward contracts and options
• Research and backtesting of viable trading strategies
• The opportunity of working with a trading team with years of experience in both traditional and cryptocurrency markets.
