    ISOC - Shift Team Leader

    Job Purpose:
    As we continue to expand our network, services, and technology suite, we are seeking a talented and experienced ISOC (Intelligent Security and Operations Center) Team Leader to manage our team of ISOC Engineers. As an ISOC Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our network, systems, and overall safety and security of our organization. As an ISOC Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of ISOC Engineers, driving excellence in operations, and ensuring the effective flow of information between our automated monitoring systems for Safety, Security, and Network Health and the rest of the organization. Your expertise and leadership abilities will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our network infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of ISOC Engineers, including setting goals, providing feedback, and guidance to the team.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness of the ISOC team.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, provide timely and accurate updates on network incidents.
    • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
    • Analyze data and reports generated by automated monitoring systems to identify potential security threats, network vulnerabilities, and system anomalies.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
    • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in network technologies, recommending proactive measures to safeguard our infrastructure.
    • Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and performance evaluations for the ISOC Engineers.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in Telecommunications operations or network technical support.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is also preferred.
    • Excellent technical skills, including a solid understanding of network protocols, topologies, and infrastructure.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of engineers.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends
