ISP Support Technician (MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Tarana) (Paarl)

DUTIES:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
- Assist customers with internet connectivity issues, VoIP setup and general troubleshooting.
- Configure, install, test and support MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana equipment as needed.
- Log and manage support tickets with accurate and timely updates.
- Communicate clearly with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of basic networking (IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP).
- Previous experience in an ISP or technical support environment.
- A valid Driver’s License (B or EB is sufficient).

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
