    Full Stack & Salesforce Developer (CPT Hybrid)

    DUTIES:

    • Drive digital transformation in specialist lending.
    • Build, maintain, and scale robust full-stack applications for lending platform.
    • Drive development across front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
    • Customise and extend Salesforce CRM functionalities to meet lending process needs, handling all hands-on implementation.
    • Work closely with teams across the business to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Lead platform optimisation and ensure scalable code for future growth.
    • Contribute to tech strategy and architecture.
    • Act as a key voice in shaping the company’s tech direction, with a view toward future leadership.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance concerns.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven experience in both Lending/Financial Services and Salesforce (Non-negotiable).
    • 6+ years of experience across:
    • Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, APIs, Flows)
    • Full Stack Web Development (React/Vue, Node.js/.NET or similar)
    • Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security Fundamentals
    • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and data modelling.
    • Comfortable adapting WordPress Frontends and integrating Backend services.
    • Able to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end tech solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile environments.
    • Confident making foundational architecture decisions in early-stage teams.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred to have –

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

    Salesforce Certifications –

    • Platform Developer I (required)
    • Platform Developer II
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Previous experience working in a scale-up, FinTech, or high-growth environment.
    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or AppExchange apps.
    • Previous exposure to process/tooling improvement in startup or early-stage environments.
    • Experience customising WordPress themes, plugins and building reusable UI components.
    • Familiarity with introducing Git-based workflows, cloud environments (AWS or similar), and CI/CD pipelines.

    ISP Support Technician (MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Tarana) (Paarl)

    DUTIES:

    • Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
    • Assist customers with internet connectivity issues, VoIP setup and general troubleshooting.
    • Configure, install, test and support MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana equipment as needed.
    • Log and manage support tickets with accurate and timely updates.
    • Communicate clearly with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana networking equipment.
    • Strong understanding of basic networking (IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP).
    • Previous experience in an ISP or technical support environment.
    • A valid Driver’s License (B or EB is sufficient).

    Junior SQL DBA (CPT Hybrid)

    DUTIES:

    • Manage and maintain SQL databases across all MSP clients.
    • Ensure data integrity and security across all MSP clients.
    • Perform regular backups, ensure that backups are being run successfully and that recovery plans are in place for all customers.
    • Assist with database performance tuning across all MSP clients.
    • Manage outsourced client SQL environments.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Relevant qualifications relating to SQL and other database solutions.
    • 5 Years’ experience on the above at a minimum.
    • Possess a strong understanding of SQL and its infrastructure needs.
    • Experience with database management and scripting.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

    Head of Sales (Cloud /Snowflake) (JHB – Onsite)

    DUTIES:

    • Proactively generate and close new business, especially around data services, custom software, and cloud platforms like Snowflake
    • Nurture and grow existing accounts (farming), including renewals, cross-sells, and upsells
    • Build a scalable and predictable sales pipeline
    • Lead and facilitate client discovery sessions aligned to the consultative sales process
    • Create technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal technical teams

    • Excellent knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, account planning, and forecasting
    • Comfortable with technical solution selling, including data platforms and cloud tools
    • Strong business acumen, client engagement skills, and deal-closure mindset
    • Ready to grow into a strategic leadership role driving the commercial roadmap

    Senior Sales Executive – Cloud & Software Solutions (Snowflake) (JHB – Onsite)

    DUTIES:

    • Identify and win new business opportunities across startups to large enterprises
    • Nurture and grow existing client accounts, securing renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across software and Snowflake engagements
    • Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and scope opportunities
    • Collaborate with internal teams to craft technical proposals focused on cloud, Snowflake, SaaS, and custom software solutions
    • Contribute to the company’s Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy and assist in creating scalable sales playbooks
    • Share market intelligence with leadership to shape product positioning and strategy
    • Stay informed on software development, AI/ML, data science, and particularly Snowflake use cases
    • Complete onboarding and upskilling requirements on Snowflake and cloud-related solutioning
    • Represent proprietary software offerings (e.g. Beam and Ignite) in bundled proposals
    • Maintain meticulous KPI tracking and deal progress through internal tools
    • Proactively cold call, email, and meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to drive pipeline velocity

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years in sales for software, SaaS, cloud platforms, or consulting
    • Proven experience engaging clients on cloud solutions and Snowflake (certifications a plus)
    • Comfortable with enterprise deal cycles and C-level engagement
    • Track record in building pipeline, closing high-value deals, and managing accounts
    • Excellent communicator, proposal writer, and strategic thinker
    • Technically fluent enough to sell Snowflake-based services, data platforms, and digital products
