What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients across KZN
• Acting as the go-to tech advisor - discussing and recommending the best solutions to suit each customer's unique needs
• Upselling and consulting on technical products and services, backed by your hands-on knowledge
• Bridging the gap between technical implementation and client relationship management

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have

• A solid background in Network Engineering or Field Support - you can "talk tech" confidently
• A natural talent for building trust and delivering solutions

Experience with:

• Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Security, LAN/Wireless Networks, Servers, or Endpoint Devices
• Sales-focused certifications like MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900
• Implementation or vendor certifications (bonus points!)

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant IT Certifications
• At least 2 years in a Field Technician role + 1 year in Account/Customer Management
• A reliable vehicle & valid driver's license
