The IT Applications Support Technician will be responsible for the installing, configuring and repair of gaming and hospitality software applications, platforms and programs as well as enhancements to existing products for the business unit in line with business needs in a manner that is professional, reliable, and in line with business and regulatory requirements.
This will include the maintenance and updating of the applications to ensure sustained and optimal system performance which enables the effective use and application of the systems within the business.
Education
2-Year Diploma in IT or equivalent NQF Level 6 in IT
