    IT Project Administrator

    Description & Overview

    Triple4 has an exciting position available for an IT Project Administrator, which will be a key contributor to the IT Support and Sales teams.     Duties will include (but are not limited to)

    • Responsible for delivery of allocated projects following defined project management approach
    • Ensure clients, managers and colleagues are kept up to date on project developments
    • Timeously attend to project requests when required, ensuring it is completed in a professional manner
    • Providing clients with accurate, detailed and presentable documentation
    • Perform high level administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives
    • Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable
    • Process all documentation as required by the company; projections, presentation materials, expense sheets, weekly reports, project status reports, order forms, timesheets (physical and electronic), contracts, various other reports, records, forms, memos and correspondence
    • Ensure that all company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to
    • Travel locally, nationally and internationally as required to conduct the company’s business (mostly locally)
    • Project resource planning and scheduling

    Education and Experience

    • Prince2 & ITIL (advantageous)
    • CSM (advantageous)
    • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
    • Must have previous experience in the IT industry (non-negotiable)
