    IT Recruitment Consultant

    A JSE listed entity specialisng in morden workplace solutions is seeking a Specialist IT Recruitment Consultant to be based in Cape Town. The incumbent will be responsible for developing sustainable relationships with candidates and clients, talent acquisition and account management

    Minimum Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 yeras experience in Reruitment
    • + 2 years experience as a specialist IT Recruitment Consultant
    • Experience with Account Management
    • Must have completed grade 12/matric or a higher qualification
    • Proven track record with successfully fulling scarce skill IT requisitions

    Responsibilities:

    • Obtain recruitment briefings from Account Managers and/or visit clients with Account Managers to obtain the recruitment briefings
    • Probe and enquire to ensure optimal matching of candidates to client requirements and culture
    • Search, source and network for potential candidates to grow the candidate database and meet specific client requirements
    • Attract, screen, assess, qualify, present and refer suitable candidates to Account Managers
    • Match candidates to job requisitions and present candidates to Account Managers
    • Advertise client requirements on career portals
    • Conduct interviews for potential candidates in line with client requirements
    • Make candidates available to the resourcing team for consideration for all open requirements in the business
    • Ensure Reference Checks are conducted as per best practice guidelines
    • Meet or exceed agreed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Targets
    • Ensure flawless delivery
    • Maintain job requisitions workflow status and posting on PeopleFluent
    • Manage the candidate database
    • Maintain a high level of database integrity through thorough recording of recruitment activities, candidate, contractor and client information
    • Assist with collection of all candidate documentation in line with client requirements
    • Load and maintain candidate information on the relevant recruitment platform
