    IT Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Midrand

    The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and secure top-tier IT talent. This role places a strong emphasis on cultivating client relationships in the IT industry, and ensuring the overall success of the recruitment team in the technology domain.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • BSc / Diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2 years of Leadership or Team management experience
    • 5 Years' minimum recruitment experience
    • Minimum 2 years IT recruitment experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical professionals and clients.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships within the IT industry.
    • Leadership and team-building skills.
    • Strategic thinking and business acumen specific to the Information Technology domain.
    • Adaptability and resilience in the rapidly evolving IT landscape.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills in IT recruitment.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire a team of IT recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to team members, ensuring they stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture within the IT sector.

    Recruitment Strategy in IT:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies specific to the IT sector to attract high-calibre candidates with in-demand technical skills.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology workforce needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

    Performance Metrics and Reporting:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IT recruitment team.
    • Provide regular reports on team performance, client acquisition, and business development activities within the business.

    Process Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment and business development processes within the business for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive IT recruitment landscape.

    Client and Relationship Management in IT:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their specific technology hiring needs and exceed expectations.
    • Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts.
