• We’re looking for a skilled Java Developer with OpenAI experience to join our Digital Integration team within Business Information and Technology Services (BITS). In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and intelligent solutions that elevate our insurance platforms and customer experience.
• You should have 3+ years of Java development experience, with strong proficiency in frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. Experience integrating OpenAI technologies or similar LLM platforms is essential. Familiarity with cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, and agile methodologies will set you up for success.

Key responsibilities:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Integrating OpenAI technologies to build intelligent automation, chatbots, and decision support tools
• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enhanced features aligned with business goals
• Ensuring software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and SDLC best practices
• Supporting and optimizing applications for performance, reliability, and scalability

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Java development experience (J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL)
• Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Agile development methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
