    Junior Account Manager

    Description
    Role

    • Account Management
    • Day to day liaising with Partner Managers at Spotify
    • Capture and load new client bookings
    • Work closely with the sales team as well as Partner Managers to ensure campaigns go live on time
    • Train clients on Spotify best practices and share creative specs
    • Compile and share monthly reporting schedules
    • Compile and share weekly updates on numbers and account activity
    • Provide support to allocated Accounts/Advertisers
    • Manage client direct and agency relationships
    • Manage sales and targets as per the quarterly BU Document provided by the Sales Director

    Requirements

    • Degree in relevant field
    • Sharp attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience on Google Sheets (or similar)
    • Basic Social Media Knowledge
    • Basic experience in managing digital campaigns
    • Can-do attitude
