Junior Accountant /Bookkeeper: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant Accounting or Bookkeeping qualifications.
• 3–5 years’ relevant bookkeeping, financial administration and/or accounting experience.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel (Pivot Tables), MS Word and Syspro.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting/bookkeeping functions
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial administration.
• Capture and process invoices and payments.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with month-end processing and financial reporting.
• Process journals and general ledger entries.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and queries.
• Assist with general administrative duties within the finance department.
