Junior Accountant

We are looking for a talented, detail orientated and dillegent Junior Accountant to work with us across all our companies. We are looking for someone to monitor all financial data and prepare accurate statements for our companies. You will be the go between person to our outsourced team and will be the main point of contact for Finance in our businesses.

What you will be doing:

• Weekly/monthly processing of bank statements
• Weekly/monthly processing of supplier invoices
• Monthly reconciliation of suppliers and debtors
• Electronic filing of supplier invoices
• Updating expense control sheet with new invoices to manage payment process
• Assistance with the preparation of audits and annual financial statements
• Assistance with supplier/customer queries on finance related functions.
• Assist with information for the preparation of annual financial statements with the outsourced company
• Loading weekly payments
• Preparation of weekly payment pack
• Preparation of the management pack for review

Must haves:

• B.com Finance related degree
• 1-2 years experience
