JOB FUNCTION

• Manage the internal and external administration of an organization or a task.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or NQF4
• Experience in the agriculture industry will be advantageous
• Numerate
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Thorough, precise and accurate
• Constantly adding value to the current functions of the position
• Clear Criminal Record

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain high standards for administration
• Manage internal mailing system
• Client service
• Other job-related administrative duties
• Revision of loading documents on a daily basis 
• Post Customer Invoices on VKB's internal system according to policy and procedure
• Follow-up on overdue/ outstanding amounts from customers
• Report overdue amounts or when credit limits were exceeded to financial manager
• Ensure that all documents are saved on internal systems (SharePoint/ File Director) 
• Ensure availability of all documents for audit purposes
