Requirements

• The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference
• The suitable candidate must be in possession of a driving license

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, check and verify all supplier contract applications
• Submit supplier contract applications to the central purchasing department for approval
• Capture new suppliers on system and file an electronic copy of the contract
• Ensure the correct administrative procedure for orders, received goods, credit notes and claims
• Ensure the correct filing of orders, received goods, credit notes and claims
• Ensure the correct administration of purchases
• Ensure the correct usage and capturing of information on the system
• Facilitate client and supplier queries accordingly
• Negotiate for early payment discounts with relevant departments on behalf of relevant clients
• Compile monthly reports on all outstanding orders and claims
• Ensure the correct and timeous seasonal closure of all related administration and orders
