    Junior Consultant - Client Service | TV Audience Measurement

    Job Description

    • The Jr. Consultant – Client Service is responsible for delivering exceptional client support and engagement for South Africa’s official TV audience measurement currency. This role assists with client onboarding, training, incident resolution, and governance communication, ensuring compliance with BRC standards and POPIA regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Onboarding: Support new clients with setup, training, and access to tools.
    • Client Support: Respond to client queries promptly; troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
    • Training & Education: Deliver training sessions on audience measurement tools and data interpretation.
    • Incident Management: Assist in resolving data anomalies and operational incidents; communicate updates clearly.
    • Governance Communication: Prepare and share release notes, methodology updates, and governance materials.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 2–4 years in client service, account management, or media industry roles. Strong communication and presentation skills; familiarity with South African TV ecosystem and BRC governance. Basic understanding of data platforms and analytics tools; knowledge of POPIA compliance.

    Success Metrics

    • Client satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS); timely resolution of client queries; training completion rates; compliance with governance standards.
