    Junior Engineer

    Role Overview

    • The Junior Engineer will support the Contracts Engineer and broader engineering team in delivering projects from start to finish.
    • This is an entry-level development role, offering hands-on exposure to project engineering, technical documentation, site work, and quality control. You will gain practical experience in boilers, burners, installations, and commissioning, while developing into a more senior engineering role over time.

    Key Requirements

    • BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
    • BSc / BEng (advantageous)
    • 0–2 years’ experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Exposure to CAD/drawing software (advantageous)
    • Basic knowledge of project tools (MS Projects advantageous)
    • Valid driver’s licence and own transport

    Key Responsibilities
    Contract & Project Support (Core Focus)

    • Assist with project coordination, engineering tasks, and contract administration
    • Draft and update technical drawings (layouts, P&IDs)
    • Maintain project documentation, files, and data packs
    • Support quality control, compliance checks, and reporting
    • Assist with logistics of equipment, materials, and project requirements

    Field Service Support

    • Work alongside technicians to gain exposure to installations, commissioning, and maintenance
    • Assist with site reports, SOPs, and job documentation
    • Support preparation of job packs and field service schedules
    • Collect and consolidate site data and technical feedback

    Administration & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
    • Assist with department coordination and internal communication
    • Support procurement, finance, and reporting processes
