ABOUT YOU - 

• Finance related Degree / CIMA Qualification
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or finance business partnering from FMCG/Retail or Manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel

 ABOUT THE ROLE -:

• Prepare financial and management reports
• Analyse financial data for review
• Assist in maintaining provisions
• Prepare various analyses by product, customer service center, and Apple care
• Monitor claim ratio for extended warranties
• Handle monthly bank and reporting requirements
• Manage warehouse reporting and inventory
• Conduct product services margin analysis
• Monitor expenditures
• Support business partners with relevant reports and data analysis
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Consolidate budgets
• Prepare presentations for review
• Prepare quarterly reviews for finance executives and business partners
• Provide support during audits and annual financial statement preparation
• Assist with stock counts and analysis of stock and variances
• Manage inventory
• Contribute to ad hoc projects such as improving Excel worksheets, financial modeling, and data management
• Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time
• Ensure completion, maintenance, and accuracy of the contract register
• Allocate contracts to relevant vessels within specified service level agreements
