Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated Junior Green Accredited Professional to support sustainable building initiatives and ensure compliance with Green Star and EDGE certification standards.
- The ideal candidate will assist with the certification process, audits, inspections, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Green certification process, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted on time
- Lead post-construction audits and inspections of green sites
- Ensure building projects meet Green Star and EDGE certification requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and auditors in the field
- Report on project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit all required documentation, plans, and packs to auditors
- Perform EDGE Expert responsibilities, including verifying consultant submissions
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, with exposure to at least 1 Green Star-certified building
- GBCSA Green Star Accredited Professional & IFC EDGE Expert
