Personalized Curation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on materials, aesthetics, and spatial planning.
Design Development: Create mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, and technical specifications that showcase products in the best possible light.
Trend Insight: Stay ahead of South African and international design trends to offer relevant, cutting-edge advice.
Technical Coordination: Work directly with International HQ to ascertain specific product details, lead times, and custom manufacturing possibilities.
Special Requests: Navigate complex client customizations by communicating clearly with the global production team to ensure feasibility and quality.
Strategic Quoting: Partner with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to draft comprehensive, accurate quotes and tender documents.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed regional targets.
Account Management: Nurture relationships with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure the company is the first choice for future projects.
End-to-End Oversight: Manage the project lifecycle from order placement to delivery and installation.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to ensure technical specs match the physical environment.
Problem Solving: Proactively address any logistical hitches or design pivots to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Interior Design
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in a cabinetry design environment.
Proven experience in interior design and attention to detail due to fabric selections, client home planning. Sales Management is crucial as this role will involve dealing with clients both
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and CAD+T.
Strong understanding of luxury design concepts and client expectations.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
