Collaborate with clients and architects to understand project briefs, aspirations, and functional requirements for luxury kitchens, bars, wine cellars, and custom cabinetry.
Translate design concepts into detailed, accurate, and aesthetically compelling drawings using CAD+T and other advanced design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, rendering software like V-Ray/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite).
Prepare and present mood boards, material palettes, 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and realistic 3D renderings to clients.
Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and installation, ensuring adherence to Linear Concepts' exacting quality standards and European design principles.
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently, maintaining design integrity and client satisfaction.
Confidently and professionally guide clients through our luxury showroom, showcasing our exquisite collections, materials, and design capabilities.
Actively listen to client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to make tailored design recommendations that align with their vision and our brand ethos.
Effectively communicate design concepts, technical details, and material benefits to clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Assist in preparing proposals and quotations, demonstrating a clear understanding of project costs and value.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial contact through to project completion
Support architects throughout the project lifecycle, including site surveys, measurements, and coordination with external suppliers and contractors.
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and material samples.
Stay on top of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in luxury interior design, particularly within the European market.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Interior Design
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in cabinetry design.
Proven ability to navigate client expectations and understand luxury design concepts.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and CAD+T.
Strong understanding of luxury design concepts and client expectations.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
