Assist with the day-to-day management of accounts that the airline runs with third parties including but not limited to travel tour operators (wholesalers), Travel Agents, and corporate clients;
Assist with invoices and report on reservations made on behalf of clients;
Provide status report to clients;
Attend to queries (internal and external);
Perform general admin duties;
90% of calls need to be answered within 1 minute of ringing;
All email queries are to be responded timeously;
To answer calls and/emails or other communications from passengers and prospective passengers;
Generate and follow through with group quotations and bookings and guide clients throughout the process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 certificate;
2 years’ experience in an Administrative role;
Experience as a client-facing key account representative (Essential);
Experience in travel/bookings is essential;
Must have training in CRM systems, Phone Systems and Reservation systems (Essential);
