    Call Centre Agent - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receive calls from customers / passengers;
    • Deal with problems such as delays, cancellations etc.;
    • Explain processes to customers and assisting them where necessary;
    • Work in a team and longer than normal hours (shift work);
    • Deal with confidential information;
    • Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • One (1) to four (4) years’ experience in a Call Centre Environment;
    • Travel or relevant qualification will be an advantage; 
    • Excellent communication in English – speak, read and write;
    • Solid computer literacy;
    • Excellent phone etiquette;
    • No criminal or credit record;
    • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and flexible hours as required;
    • Own transport would be an advantage.

    Manager: Airport Operations - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage costs by engaging suppliers for the most effective rates;
    • Monitor and negotiate and/or renegotiate service provider contracts when services are added or removed;
    • Motivate for any additional contract relating to purchasing;
    • Manage third-party relationships;
    • Produce and share all reporting on SLA requirements;
    • Monitor compliance of documented policies and procedures on services around the aircraft/s and airport/s;
    • Oversight of ground handling contracts and enforcement of such;
    • Enforce SGHA penalty clause as a result of non-compliance;
    • Ensure adherence to internal company policies and procedures and adherence to relevant legislation;
    • Drive On Time Performance;
    • Review planned resource demand as per published/current schedule from line managers;
    • Maintain a high level of customer service across domestic and regional operations;
    • Provide leadership to external service provider/clients and internal departments;
    • Determine effective communication channels and implement change where needed;
    • Review and identify skills development areas for succession planning;
    • Manage the performance of managers;
    • Manpower Planning;
    • Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with health and safety regulations;
    • Ensure compliance with the company code of conduct;
    • Forge relationships with Airport Authority, Regulators and Service providers to influence any decisions that could impact operational continuity.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric/Grade 12 National Certificate;
    • Diploma/degree in travel and tourism or aviation will be an added benefit;
    • Minimum of 10 years aviation experience, of which, 5 years must be management experience;
    • Experience in the following areas:
    • Baggage handling
    • Passenger Handling
    • Operations
    • Cargo Handling
    • Experience working with IOSA and ISAGO audit requirements and engagements;
    • Commercial knowledge on Ground Handling agreements.

    Crew Support Administrator - Western Cape

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist Cabin, Ground and Flight Deck Crew with Uniform fittings and queries;
    • Laisse with Johannesburg regarding any uniform discrepancies;
    • Assist Cabin, Ground and Flight Deck Crew with Parking;
    • Attend regular Uniform and Parking meetings to stay informed;
    • Attend training administration meetings;
    • Assist in the unboxing, stock replenishment and ensure enough levels of all stock;
    • Assisting Crew Administrator with documentation for Flight Deck Crew and ad-hoc duties as and when required;
    • Answering of phones and general office duties.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • Relevant tertiary education will be an added advantage;
    • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced environment;
    • Previous operations experience would be beneficial;
    • Strong administrative skills;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

    Junior Key Accounts Consultant - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with the day-to-day management of accounts that the airline runs with third parties including but not limited to travel tour operators (wholesalers), Travel Agents, and corporate clients;
    • Assist with invoices and report on reservations made on behalf of clients;
    • Provide status report to clients;
    • Attend to queries (internal and external);
    • Perform general admin duties;
    • 90% of calls need to be answered within 1 minute of ringing;
    • All email queries are to be responded timeously;
    • To answer calls and/emails or other communications from passengers and prospective passengers;
    • Generate and follow through with group quotations and bookings and guide clients throughout the process.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 certificate;
    • 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role;
    • Experience as a client-facing key account representative (Essential);
    • Experience in travel/bookings is essential;
    • Must have training in CRM systems, Phone Systems and Reservation systems (Essential);
    • Knowledge of basic reporting;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
