Develop an expertise in the fine fragrance, home & personal care markets across Africa, by conducting market research (desktop and on the ground), brand analysis, influencer and celebrities following, trend identification, new brands & launches tracking.
Support Commercial teams with building strong customer relationships by deep diving into the clients’ brands, strategies, portfolio, markets and consumer needs.
Create creative and compelling storytelling, olfactive descriptions, concepts and presentations to present to the clients.
Issue & present newsletters with the latest trends, launches and olfactive directions internally and/or externally on a monthly/quarterly basis while continuously updating our internal database.
Track and update our new wins.
Plan & organize innovative days with the support of the commercial and creative team.
Coordinate and Lead marketing toolbox design, creation and production.

Degree in Business.
Min 1-2 years of marketing experience (B2C or B2B).
Willing to Travel.
Fluent in English.
Microsoft Office skills a must – design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) an advantage.
