    Junior Advisory Compliance Analyst

    Job Summary

    This position must help manage, coordinate, train and capacitate, guide implementation, record, administrate, monitor, review, research, report and communicate relating to the Osiris Trading Data Privacy Management function, across the Betway Africa Group.
    The Junior Data Privacy Compliance Analyst will assist in cultivating an environment where associates and business partners respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics and protection of personal information, while developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to achieve business goals.

    Duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Serves as a Junior Data Privacy Compliance Analyst, supporting the Data Privacy Specialist. • Working with the Privacy Specialist, and aligned to the vision of the organization, recommends and implements goals and initiatives (including short, medium and long-term performance targets).
    • Assists to plan, manage and monitor the effective implementation of the Data Privacy Management Program.
    • Assists to manage, analyse and report on the Data Privacy Management objectives, operations and customer needs.
    • Assist to manage, monitor, report on and recommend process and system improvements and communicates effectively to achieve awareness.
    • Assists to manage the implementation and alignment of data privacy strategies, plans and practices into business.

    Duties included

    • Participate in design of contact monitoring formats and quality standards to ensure business compliance and customer satisfaction

    Senior Software Developer - JHB

    What you will be working on

    The Senior Software Developer confers with their stakeholders to analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.  They design architectures, including the software, hardware, and communications, to support the total requirements, as well as to provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.

    The Senior Software Developer develops high-level system design diagrams for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. They also develop and implement moderate to complex web applications on one or more platforms. This role is responsible for writing programming code and the development of CI/CD pipelines in alignment with DevOps standards.

    Reconciliations Specialist

    Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    Data Reconciliation

    • Download processing data where required or receive gaming from Business Intelligence (BI).
      • Reconcile daily as required.
      • Identify Missing data
      • Notify stakeholders of missing datasets
      • Reconcile processor balances to third party confirmations.
      • Identify changes required for automation of data imports and escalate to the team lead.

    IT Helpdesk Technician

    Jod Summary 

    The role of the IT Technician is to provide technical support for company computer hardware, mobile devices and applications that are used by staff in the office and working remotely. Support also includes installation, configuration, testing of all software supported under the established guidelines. The IT Technician will also support and maintain network infrastructure within the office environment.

    Affiliate Account Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Affiliate Account Manager will be required to source and recruit qualified affiliates and partners for the Betway Partners Affiliate Program, promoting the Betway Brand in Africa. The Affiliate Account Manager will need to manage and grow the on-going relationship with these partners to deliver on aggressive new account and delivery goals in various channels.
