    Receptionist - Cape Town

    Minimum Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • Grade 12 
    • Reliable transport
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a corporate environment
    • Microsoft programs experience
    • References are non-negotiable
    • ID Document and qualifications to be attached to all CVs
    • Submit to a background and criminal check
    • Ability to communicate in both Afrikaans and English
    • Ability to communicate in a professional manner
    • Ability to work independently

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls, making appointments
    • Receiving customers and visitors at reception
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
    • Receiving and sorting daily mail and emails
    • Filing
    • Arranging courier services
    • Arranging interviews and other meetings
    • Typing out documents/spreadsheets
    • Keeping track of stationery and replenishing stock
    • Archiving old documents and saving on SharePoint
    • Ad hoc tasks
    • Check for tenders daily on websites provided and local newspapers
    • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Excellent computer skills with Google Workspace Knowledge
    • Friendly, well-organised and meticulous
    • Assist with general office administration
    • Ability to follow instructions and execute accordingly

    Audit Supervisor - Pietermaritzburg

    Minimum Requirements

    • Qualified or eligible to register as a CA (SA) or Accredited CTA/Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting or B Com Honours degree or Accredited B Com degree.
    • Completion of SAICA Training contract – Audit & Assurance elective
    • Excellent knowledge of the ISA’s
    • Excellent knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS and IFRS for SME’s.
    • Working knowledge of SAICA, IRBA and other applicable Professional Codes of Conduct
    • Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office and Caseware.
    • Proficient in Caseware working papers
    • Have played an active role in reviewing juniors’ work and providing on-the-job training
    • Strong tax knowledge
    • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) English and Afrikaans
    • 1-year post articles experience

    • Interpersonal skills and attention to detail

    • Identifying negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring.
    • Constantly researching industry trends, technologies, and best practice to provide knowledge and insight to clients.
    • Assist in writing reports that set out the key findings and recommendations around key financial, operational, and
