Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to gather insights for process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all service operations.
• Take part in the service component of flagship products across multiple sites, ensuring that our solutions are deployed effectively at scale, and that they deliver tangible improvements in operational performance.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing domain advice and support to ensure that our service solutions meet their requirements and exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular analysis of service performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate service solutions with overall operational strategies.
• Deliver training and support materials for operational teams to ensure best practices in service management.
• Conduct regular monitoring and generate scheduled reports for operational sites using analytical tools.
• Monitor and report on service metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in projects aimed at the development and implementation of new service processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all service engineering activities.
• Assist in communicating with internal and external stakeholders to support service engineering issues and solutions.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or in a relevant field

Experience and Skills Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering or services functions in an engineering industry.
• Proficiency in using software tools relevant to process and service engineering. Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) is also valuable.
• Ability to perform analysis of service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ability to learn and grow skills in data analytics, process engineering within mining and mineral processing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in report writing and client presentations using MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Medically fit and able to pass medical examinations required for working in operational environments, if necessary.
• Fluent in English (Read, write, and speak) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a related industry, such as mining, manufacturing, or any other field involving complex operational processes, would be advantageous.
