• Our client, a well-established company within the roofing and construction industry, is seeking a motivated Junior Site Foreman to join their team.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Matric + 1 year of general work experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• No construction experience required.
• Proactive with a willingness to learn.
• Hardworking with natural leadership qualities.

Duties:

• Assist with daily site operations and supervision.
• Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor productivity, quality and project progress.
• Assist with allocating labour and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Report site issues, delays and progress to the Site Manager.
• Maintain site records and daily reports.
